Great crosswords! Bad support!

I purchased a one-year subscription in November and really loved the daily puzzles.

In February the app stopped loading new puzzles, I contacted the support and received a cut-and-paste response for an unrelated problem.

After follow-up email requests for help I finally gave up. Happily Visa refunded the balance of my year subscription.
